Review on OTC 4804 Heavy Pulley Holder by Troy Robinson

I don't understand why it's so hard to make a good belt wrench but I've tried many of them , and it's the best I've ever found. I have often used; y is about three years old and still works perfectly. At the moment the leather strap is pretty much chewed up but not broken yet. My biggest complaint is that the belt isn't long enough for large pulleys like many harmonic balancers. It fits pulleys less than five inches in diameter, grips well and tightens. Again, it's not perfect, but it's the best I've found.
