Absolutely perfect! I have 2010 red double shifters from SRAM and they fit perfectly. I was afraid to install it after reading the reviews, but it's very easy if you follow a few simple rules. Mine installed in about 2 minutes, no problem. 1) Leave the mixtures in the sun for about 30 minutes to soften. 2) When ready to install, pour some rubbing alcohol on the handle and lubricate it. No need to turn around. 3) Be sure to pull them over the switches. I know the old ones were brittle and crack easily, but these won't. Just dress them up well and work the top and bottom and they will fit perfectly.
