Review on Emergency Survival Mylar Thermal Sleeping by Shane Yay

I love that it's made of double-sided Mylar, which allows heat to flow in and out effectively. Southern California is a watered desert and a great land of fires. I assume that if I ever need to pull them out they might be effective for daytime cooling and could offer minimal protection from extreme heat to car occupants escaping a fire. The reflective surface is better for signaling help at long range than orange. I put one in each bag for our family.
