MRE Meal Replacement was recommended to me by one of my fitness friends. Blueberry Cobbler was also a recommended fragrance. I mixed 4 scoops of MRE with 16 ounces of water in a blender bottle and it blended really well and didn't thicken. It's not gritty, lumpy, or flaky when I put it in the fridge to chill. For people trying to use this as a gainer. THIS IS NOT A GAINER! Optimum Nutrition has a gainer protein (a serious mass, and the one that says GAINER), the packaging clearly says "MRE-MEAL REPLACEMENT", not a mass gainer. There are no weird lead exposure labels, either, and the Blueberry Cobbler MRE's nutritional information hasn't changed since you received it. I had no intention of taking photos or videos but some of these reviews might put people off a good product. Remember my review, photos and videos are ONLY for the MRE Blueberry Cobbler which is amazing. I weight train 5 days a week, I'm 5'1" and 152 pounds, I eat 5 meals a day, this shake helps when I'm sick of seeing salmon and ground turkey or when I'm in a situation where I can skip food.
