This tool is simple, intuitive interface with great documentation that makes it easy for anyone who has basic knowledge of coding languages like PHP or Python. No more manual data entry in Excel! It helps me manage my customer's orders from anywhere. I can easily check whether there are new emails/orders received by them as well. The only thing which may be improved would be an option where you could send reminders at scheduled time intervals (eg every 15 minutes). And also provide better support through chat box when we need help while using this software. As mentioned earlier, it saves us hours of our day manually entering all order information into Microsoft excel sheets.
