I like that it's easy enough just anyone with basic knowledge could use this app without needing any training or help setting up an account etc (it is very simple!). The system really does do what you would expect as being advertised; however there are some functions which require additional steps such making changes after they have been submitted - these need re-submitting if changed again before payment has cleared so not ideal but understandable given how new most people using apps will likely find them still learning best practices though once set everything runs smoothly!! If someone needs assistance at least one person should always respond quickly otherwise may feel abandoned when waiting too long between responses especially where things go wrong during submission process e.g sending incorrect information causing issues submitting fees incorrectly due date errors then having no way other than contacting support team via phone / email who won't reply fast until next day sometimes longer meaning lots wasted money lost.
