I wear bifocals with progressive lenses. I don't need them to read books as long as I have a book or Kindle e-reader next to my face. I am very nearsighted and over the years as I have required stronger lenses to correct my distance vision it has become increasingly difficult for me to read in them as they interfere with my near vision when worn. Bifocals came in handy for something as average a distance as when looking at a computer monitor. The problem was that I always tilted my head back to be able to see the computer monitor properly through the glasses. It worked but was uncomfortable and caused neck strain. These computer conversion clips solve this problem. Now I can (I'm using them as I write this) look straight at the monitor without tilting my neck. Also, the clips only cover the top half of my lenses so they don't block any part of my near vision bifocals in the bottom third of my lenses. I am very satisfied with this product and I highly recommend it. I'm so glad I just ordered a second set so I can have one in the office and one at home.
