Painted the old beige tiles around the fireplace, it turned out great! Cleaned the tiles, used an angled Purdy brush and a small foam roller. This paint dries very quickly (when painting) and will streak if not smoothed out. Instead of cutting everything first and then rolling, I painted a 12" tile at a time (cut along the edges with a brush and rolled the middle of the tile). I used tape on the outside which causes the edges to peel in a few places because I couldn't pull the tape off before it was dry. You might want to hand cut all over. Great product though!
