I bought two of these cutting boards, one for myself and one as a gift. I really love it! I thought I would only use the dripper for roasts and whole chickens but the other day I used it to slice a whole watermelon and it was perfect, not a drop of juice on the table or kitchen towel. I also liked that I could invoke ziploc packages and get support for them. The other day I made chicken soup and in a container with a scraper I added diced carrots, celery and onions. I usually used a large bowl and moved the items around, in this case I used a bench scraper and there was no mess. I like that the containers can be stored inside when not in use. I keep this on my fridge. I bought bamboo oil to keep it from cracking. I can't wait for my girlfriend to get it as a gift because she cooks a lot like me and it's so convenient. 3 containers fit very well in my fridge.
