Works better than expected.

I used to have a Firestik version of something like this. It seemed to work, I got the radio and my CB picked up. but my SWR was UP to 12:1. which could damage my radio. So I tested it without the built in splitter and got a 1:1 SWR. dead. So I decided the Firestik deal was bad. I'm not saying they don't have quality antennas (I have a dual antenna (common mode) on my truck). I installed ProComm and got a 1:1 SWR. BINGO!
