Second Encased product I've purchased (iPhone X and iPhone 11 Pro Max). Case for iPhone X broke in less than a year (clamping mechanism defective). Encased was kind enough to send me a replacement free of charge after I posted a "dissatisfied" review on Revain. The iPhone 11 case lasted just over 17 months and failed the same way (see photo). So the product works great until it breaks and breaks too soon with very moderate use. I still have Seideo devices from my iPhone 5 that still work after years of use. I wish I would like this product but. Maybe make it out of aluminum or carbon fiber or something heavier. I would pay twice as much not to buy TWO and don't have to worry about buying a second after the first break.
