Review on Cardone 96-283 New Power Steering Pump - Reservoir Excluded by Julius Hunter

Installed on my 2002 F250 4x2 V10. It worked great right out of the box. I looked through 4 remanufactured pumps (which cost more) before finding this one. A previous review (the only review) said there was a fitting in the pressure port that was interfering with the hose. There is a fitting but deep enough in the hole so the hose doesn't touch it. I measured before attempting installation since reading the review. When screwing in the hose, the thread is tightened; I assume the thread is narrowed down a bit to make it easier to get started. This also applied to 4 remanufactured units.
