A little high on the sides but otherwise great for an adaptive shoe.
I used these for my son who wears AFO part time. Xwide offers the best fit and the longer Velcro means it fits better than other options. However, it is cut high so that the AFO closure is under the shoe, which puts a lot of pressure at this point. The insert is removable so you don't have to enlarge it, which is great.
