Review on GTEK Q2765VC 165Hz Frameless Curved DisplayPort Monitor with Swivel Adjustment, Blue Light Filter, and HD 2560X1440P Resolution by Adam Buczynski

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Damn good monitor! to my rating.

While I initially had some compatibility issues with older games, this is a really great entry-level monitor for just over $200. The high refresh rate and 2k resolution really shine in modern games like Devil May Cry 5, Doom Eternal and The Witcher 3, but older games may need some tweaking to make them work and you won't be able to use all the features to use. 165Hz with no glitches or the game won't let you play like Sonic Generations at all. This is probably because they weren't designed for such high refresh rates and resolutions, and not on the monitor itself. This monitor was under $300 so can't really complain, but I have better HDR effects and sharpening seen on other monitors. Playing older or newer games without proper configuration can be a little tedious, so don't augment your initial gaming experience with this one. Overall, absolutely great for the price.
