When I tested my cable, I was initially disappointed because it didn't work. I didn't have these issues with my shorter cables, I just needed a longer HDMI cable. I contacted the seller and he helped very quickly. They asked a few questions and were happy to send a replacement to solve my problem. Problems I've worked with: Problem 1: Video wasn't being sent from my Blu-ray player to my projector. Problem 2: Other AV sources had some general video quality issues. Received a replacement: A new cable fixed the general video quality issues, but I still couldn't get the video for my Blu-ray player. I have fixed the projector to no avail. I have searched for the AV receiver without success. I went through my Blu-ray player options and unchecked all available options. I turned them on individually with the cable attached. Turns out I had to disable 1080p output and select 1080i output and everything started working properly. My projector could not handle 1080p. I'm sure you can feel confident ordering this cable as they stand behind their product and provide quality support that was quick and friendly. They easily answered my numerous correspondence within the hour. The HDMI cable itself looks good and appears to be of good quality. The HDMI cable does what I need. I needed a longer length to walk to my projector. The price is great, if you are trying to go to a big store you will be unable to find a 50ft HDMI cable at this price point.
