Two stars only because it only lasted TWO MONTHS. As you can see from the picture this product is terrible for a 20 month old baby. First, it's flimsy and the handles broke after a month. My child just pulls it lightly and it clicks into place. So I had to use zip ties to hold things together and keep them from falling on my baby. There is no lock on the zip function so my child can escape by opening themselves. Again, I had to use zip ties, elastics, etc. to hold the zips together. Finally, this item cannot be washed. It's all one big coherent piece. So if you're a parent like me who feeds your child by handing them an occasional snack or bottle, spills are bound to happen. Unfortunately with this product the only way to clean is to go there yourself and try to remove the stains with Bissell carpet cleaner or a steam cleaner (which I tried and still didn't remove). Overall, I'd say if this playpen was going to be used for the occasional travel pen, do it when your child has a cold, won't eat, and just sits still all day. But if you're looking for a really sturdy playpen that can lock up your little tyke, then look elsewhere.
