What a great company! I received my product with rosehip seed oil. I opened it, used it and the bottle spilled my cups. The oil is orange so it stained my cups. I took photos and sent them photos to send me a new bottle of oil. Instead they insisted on sending me a brand new set! What a great first class company with amazingly fast customer service! A few days later I had a new set! I even offered to return another product and they said no. Is such outstanding customer service almost unheard of these days? The product is also amazingly well made and the oil is great! I have other mugs that I've bought in the past and my biggest disappointment has been that they discolour and yellow over time and feel sticky/tacky :-( My customers love the routine and they always come out younger and radiant with oil from my room and lymphatic drainage. !
