The platform is easy enough for our nontechnical employees who are not familiar with IT security products or cybersecurity in general - we were able solve problems without having technical knowledge! It's also very intuitive once you do understand how everything works together; this was one thing I had hoped would be easier than other platforms out there but has proven otherwise so far. There isn't anything really "wrong" about celeryum per se as much more important things have changed since its introduction which made me think twice before renewing my contract when renewal time came around again last year. But if your organization needs something simple like an incident response system then definitely check them all over because each product does different types of functions well. We needed some sort of solution where multiple people could work at any given moment within incidents involving specific malware families such as WannaCry etc.. Our current setup involves lots of email chains between team members trying to figure stuffs out ourselves instead of just being.
