The platform is easy enough for our nontechnical employees who are not familiar with IT security products or cybersecurity in general - we were able solve problems without having technical knowledge! It's also very intuitive once you do understand how everything works together; this was one thing I had hoped would be easier than other platforms out there but has proven otherwise so far.
