Worked well for about a month. Every time the computer goes to sleep, the keyboard and mouse that are connected to the dock lose connection and never connect again. The only solution I found is to restart the computer and then the connection works again until the computer goes back to sleep. So I disabled sleep mode and have to reboot 2 or 3 times a day for the dock to work. Dell gave me the excuse to buy an extended service plan for a Dell computer before they give me support for a dock issue so I only rebooted for 5 months but now has a new Dell update on the computer the USB ports forced to dock stations don't even work. So I re-downloaded all the dock drivers from Dell and noticed a dock firmware update that didn't exist before, but the firmware update doesn't work every time I try. Dell will not provide support without a Dell part number, which was not provided to me by either Revain or the Score Mighty seller. Seriously, how difficult is it to provide tech support or a manufacturer number without it being a problem? An annoying product that doesn't work properly and Dell offers a workaround instead of actual support.
