Review on Aimtobest by Boondo Viswanathan

Aimtobest is an internet retailer that specializes in audio and communication equipment. I recently shopped at their store, and my experience was less than stellar. Although they have an impressive selection of products, their customer support is not nearly as good as it could have been. To begin, I had a hard time navigating their website and locating the specific products that I was searching for. Due to an issue with the functionality of the search function, it took me a lot more time than it should have to locate the information I required. When I did eventually get around to placing my order, I was dissatisfied with how long it took to ship my package. It took much longer than I had anticipated, and when I called customer support to inquire about the delay, I was met with a representative who was impolite and unhelpful, and who didn't appear to care about my concerns at all. To make matters even worse, I discovered that one of the things I had ordered was flawed. When I attempted to return it, I was confronted by additional customer service representatives who were unhelpful, which made the process difficult and aggravating. My experience was not a positive one overall despite the fact that Aimtobest may have a fantastic selection of products; however, the quality of their customer support was subpar. I wouldn't suggest them to anyone looking for good customer service and a hassle-free purchasing experience because they don't provide either of those things.
