This software was easy for us because of its simplicity- we didn't find it difficult at all! It's easy enough without being too simple or way over our heads when trying something else out (like email). There really isn't anything I dislike about this program as far as keeping track goes but if there were one thing would be more helpful? If any questions come up while using - how quick do they answer them/what time zone are their engineers located etc.- just ask away!! We love having everything under 1 roof so easily accessible. The ease of use is the best part of this printer. It is very easy to use. It is very easy to set up and configure. The printer is very reliable. The only thing I dislike is the cost. I wish it was cheaper. I would recommend this printer to anyone who wants a reliable printer. I am solving the printing problem at my company. We are solving the printing problem at my company.
