Connect the spectrum tracker to the ODB under the steering wheel dash. Check your vehicle's owner's manual.2. Choose which DATA PLAN you want to use and pay online monthly or annually. A NOTICE. This is NOT a Spectrum Cable product. Also, I strongly recommend not using your car phone to share Wi-Fi with this device. Your cell phone plan and additional charges will be used. It's cheaper to get a spectrum tracking device and have dedicated in-car WiFi, plus bonus features like the tracking app and other useful features that track vehicle speed, acceleration, braking, tire pressure, etc.
