Looks like the whisk has been an issue for several buyers but ours was there as pictured. My 10 year old daughter's eyes lit up when she saw this cook book with the attached whisk. She has now made several recipes from the book nearly by herself. She goes through the ingredients, has me put them all out on the counter, then pushes me out of the kitchen. This cookbook has made her independent and confident in the kitchen. The steps are very thorough for the novice cookers in the kitchen. Highly recommend for a young child that has a desire for simple cooking.
