First of all, there aren’t any instructions included for anything and the bottom case was easy to install but the lid was a little tight and left a small scratch on the outside of my brand new MacBook 14. Why are you selling a piece of junk like this that is scratching people’ electronics? You guys should reimburse me with a brand me MacBook.
