This is a pre-workout. This is another waste of money, feel nothing, do nothing. I 100% do not recommend this product. I used Mr Hyde and used the elevator. To sooooo better products. With EHPLABS you spend your money and throw it away. PRIDE BEFORE TRAINING. This product and this company has a great way of taking your money. This pre-workout program shouldn't be on Revain at all.
