Excellent tool for customer feedback.

I like how they ask you all question that relate with your project then when you give feedback, it shows exactly what are the points you like or dislike about it so no room for argument later on. Not much but sometimes it takes a while for it load. Best way for people to understand what will be expected from them. It takes time to get used to. This help project managers know what kind of project it going to require. I like that you can create your own questions, and then send them out to your customers. It's very easy to set up and customize, and the customer survey results are also great! You can easily export the data into Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. There isn't much to dislike about this tool - it's quick and easy to use, and has helped us get real-time feedback from our customers. We've used this to track the success of new products we launch, as well as to keep our existing customers happy.
