Amazing tool for feedback and surveys

I like that you can send out emails with links, so people don't have time-consuming forms or other stuff they need fill up all over again when sending them an email survey! And also having questions/answers saved from previous responses makes things easier than trying remember everything each person has said during your last meeting etc - saves me hours every week just by using this product!! Nothing really atm as far i know but if there was maybe some sorta way we could connect our existing…

  • Can help keep meetings shorter / faster without losing info.

Great Customer Experience - Very Convenient

This was a very quick way to gather insight from our customers. I like that it doesn't require a lot of paperwork. The customer experience is seamless, allowing me to start collecting data right away. We didn't have to worry about having an extra copy or tracking info! As is with most survey apps, some questions were not always clear. We'd get responses like'somewhat' and would need clarification to know what they really meant. It's hard to have that kind of conversation via email/phone, but…

Excellent tool for customer feedback.

I like how they ask you all question that relate with your project then when you give feedback, it shows exactly what are the points you like or dislike about it so no room for argument later on. Not much but sometimes it takes a while for it load. Best way for people to understand what will be expected from them. It takes time to get used to.
