Great Customer Experience - Very Convenient

This was a very quick way to gather insight from our customers. I like that it doesn't require a lot of paperwork. The customer experience is seamless, allowing me to start collecting data right away. We didn't have to worry about having an extra copy or tracking info! As is with most survey apps, some questions were not always clear. We'd get responses like'somewhat' and would need clarification to know what they really meant. It's hard to have that kind of conversation via email/phone, but this way we can avoid it entirely! Audire has made gathering feedback and insights much easier than asking on paper. It eliminates issues like double checking that you're getting accurate data compared to just getting it. Easy to use and understand. Good customer support. The interface is easy to use. The surveys are easy to create and can be customized. The best part is the ability to send the surveys to multiple contacts at a time. Some of the surveys are not very good. The survey is too long and has too many questions. It takes a lot of time to fill in. I am using this tool for marketing my business. It helps me understand the current trends in the market and helps me come up with a better marketing strategy.
