I received a defective lid, the lid would not close. I was thinking of swapping it out for another one, but when I tried to remove the cover from the computer it was almost impossible. He did not come out, I was afraid of damaging the computer and tried to remove it. The small transparent fasteners on the lid are not marked. My husband and I had to force it and it took a while. I didn't even care if I had to pry open the lid, but eventually I figured I had to leave it and live with it or else I would damage the computer. The case is nice, looks like it will protect the computer, and it's light, but removing it was so difficult, risky, and unsafe that it's not worth it. What a horrible and scary experience.
