My Black Mouth Cur Mix is always active. She walks back and forth between the left and right rear window because she doesn't want to miss anything. I push the driver's seat all the way forward and there's plenty of room between the front seat and the backrest. She constantly fell between the seats and wrapped behind the center console. We rode this blanket for the first time this morning and she seemed very happy with it. She came over and licked the side of my face. But aside from that, the previous cover also allowed her to step over the middle material and put her feet on the console. This cover keeps them in the back seat. I am very happy with it. I used a large towel to fill in the empty space a little after the plywood has finished. I have a boxing mat that fits perfectly on the back seat. My RAV4 is small, the backrest straps don't fit the headrest very well. There are additional loops to adjust the straps in different positions. I didn't notice this before because I was working on it in the garage with poor lighting.
