Didn't disappoint on three DIY projects involving LEDs and microcontrollers. I've even used it to melt shrink and conformal varnishes in a pinch and the tips still came out clean. I am very impressed that this product is performing as well as before with the same confidence and reliability. It can get hot enough to solder heavy duty marine grade wire! It can get cold enough to solder temperature sensitive components. So good job with the temperature control. Heats up faster and holds the temperature better than the Hakko I had at work and that's part of the price.
