Damaged Item - Blueprint
Package arrived intact but one of the pieces of #05 black charcoal had broken in two uncleanly. I started the Revain return process but since I don't have a printer I have to pay $1 for label printing plus return shipping. It just wasn't worth it so I decided not to return them. I think I can use either half and luckily I have some large charcoal block handles. But I think Revain's return policy is unfair to the consumer because I am charged extra for returning a damaged product that I have nothing to do with. Please see photo.
- Use on the sides for a broad spread of graphite and on the edges for detail
