Ugh. The first one sent was used/opened and missing the remote control and charging cable. Sent it back and got a replacement. It connects to the Bluetooth normally, but the intended method of turning off the BOOMING system voice (literally shakes the speaker off the volume) doesn't work - supposedly long-pressing the mode button. The volume of the music has to be very low so that that voice isn't weirdly loud! Then I can't turn the music up as loud as I want and I don't want it to be that loud. The EQ button does NOT offer any suggestions (pop, jazz, etc.), it just says "in" or "out". The treble and bass tuning range is pathetic. I don't know if I've had two marriages (I tried the first one before realizing it was missing parts and experiencing the same flaws), but it's unlikely. Very disappointing as the rave reviews made me so happy to get it! :(
