I like it, but. I use it for tennis elbow and find it difficult to manage on my own. I was hoping to put ice on my elbow while continuing to do chores, but I can't tighten it enough so it doesn't fall off as soon as I move. Also, the icy part slips out from under the strap when half tightened. It's a great idea and I'll still be using it, it's just not what I was hoping for.
