Over the years I have bought a lot of golf equipment to consistently hit the ball. This device is superior to everything but my Trackman! If you are struggling to keep your right elbow steady, this product really works. I tend to put my elbow forward, which usually means I'm hitting the ball right. With the LC-1 attached, my shots began consistently along the line of the target. This product does what it promises. I don't like rubber bands that tighten my arms. The controller slides easy to use. I had to find a snug fit for me and tie a knot in the elastic to keep the tension constant. In my opinion, the manufacturers could still improve here. Also pricey for a plastic part, but if it builds the right muscle memory for a consistent swing, it's worth it.
