Decent quality, serious problems.
One picture says it can be extended to 19 inches but it's actually not even 18 inches. Too low to be a decent table lamp. The scuffs and broken parts make it look like it has been used and repackaged or very badly handled. The quality is ok, but not as described and looks used. I will turn back. Nice color and brightness would be good if higher.
