I am very concerned about the potential danger the Lightning adapter poses. I had it on my phone as it was sitting on my lap (as a passenger) one day and I felt a sudden surge of heat which scared me. I took a few touches to see what was going on and it was HOT. After that it started to clear up, but I'm afraid this might happen again. This is a potential safety hazard, it requires better material or a modification at the end of the zip adapter that doesn't allow it. The aux jack works fine though.
