Intuitive and user friendly cloud-based POS system
It is very intuitive, easy to use for small businesses with limited resources. The customer support team has been extremely helpful when it comes to any issues that I have had regarding my account or software usage in general. There's nothing really that I dislike about this platform. This product can be used by anyone regardless of their experience level. It is affordable yet offers all necessary features for business owners without spending an unreasonable amount of money. We are able to track inventory levels within our store easily.
Pros
- User friendly
- Very user friendly interface especially compared against competitors like Shopify which often feel clunky.
- Easy setup process once you get familiar enough (but takes some time due how complicated many things seem)
- Allows users from around world connect seamlessly via Stripe payment processing system through bank transfers instead having them wire large amounts as seen before
