We have worked with them over two years now and have found them extremely efficient, professional, and helpful. Highly recommended. They were very good at providing all the information needed when asked during setup - it was just getting set up that took some time. Their customer service is outstanding as they respond quickly to any question or issue you may come across (even if your email does not mention anything). Also, I really like how they provide a detailed monthly report so you know exactly where each dollar went!
