Bought for a guest room. It will not be subjected to heavy traffic or use for which it is not strong enough. It's small and narrow, but offers enough space for a couple of cell phone chargers as well as large laptop chargers. In my situation, style with trim is a bonus. It's easy to put under the bed when I'm not having guests, I'd prefer a color other than white. All those white chargers and cables end up looking pretty awful, but that's a minor point. This surge protector has proven to be fairly reliable and has enough room for the most common electronic devices that seem to accompany my guests. For the price, it's sturdy, has enough outlets for most people, and gets the job done admirably. I recommend this power strip for limited use, Joule is not enough to power really power hungry devices like Smart TV and some other more demanding devices. But for the guest room and the guest who needs to charge their phone and laptop, this device is more than extremely attractive as its lower price and smaller size can easily push it out of sight.
