I like how easy it was to use for our agency - there are many different options as far an features go; however we were able to find what fit best with our business needs within minutes of going live! As mentioned above- this could be improved in terms of having all of your files available at once through one system instead of switching back n forth between apps (especially since you can't save/edit contracts while still using another app). We have saved so much time by being able to communicate quicker than emailing or phone calls when dealing wth certain clients.
