The dashboard was very intuitive for my customer to navigate, as well in tracking all of their information/communication with me via texts or emails which I found useful at time when they weren't around.

It's hard sometimes if you have an issue because there were so many things going wrong like internet connectivity issues but most problems are resolved quickly by support team who responds fast & resolves within mins without hassle from clients end (most times). In future could be improved more over other platforms where it will continue having same kind experience just updated look n feel little different would also help them grow faster. Good opportunity management using technology especially email marketing tool used extensively amongst users now we can see how far this service goes beyond its initial purpose only text communication between us! The best part of this software was its ease in use, it helped us convert our cold email to warm emails which were much more effective compared with traditional methods like social media marketing or other offline campaigns! I would say there are few things i didn't liked about verse but nothing really worth mentioning as well!! Great product for converting my Cold Emails/Cold Calls from list B2B companies who have never heard off me before!!
