Review on Makita XFD10Z Lithium Ion Cordless Driver Drill by Kyle Rodman

I already have a Makita LXT impact drill/drill which I really like. So when I wanted a basic drill to complement my other I bought this one as it uses the same battery. I am very happy with it as with all my Makita tools. It is very lightweight yet durable. It has tremendous torque for such a light weight. The built-in LED light helps a lot, especially when you're halfway in a closet or under a shelf. What I like best is the excellent measurement; It responds to the slightest pull of the trigger, allowing you to actually sneak up on your target, whether inserting a screw or drilling a pilot hole.
