The main benefit is being able to create an account and share my experiences in a more efficient way compared to other channels of communication such as Facebook or Twitter. I do not like that you are creating a profile without any content yet it seems so complicated and difficult to make changes later on if needed. Also their customer service department could be better at answering questions quickly and effectively. This app has helped me to create, publish and track all my feedbacks related to hotels. It's very useful in order to keep up-to date with what people expect from us. And also to have quick access to this information when we need them.
