I thought Lenovo should have pretty good quality. I have 2 monitors connected to the dock and they keep flickering, the frequency is not that high, about 1 time in 10 minutes. I just watch YouTube videos and do online courses on my laptop and I find it annoying. You don't need to talk about those people who play computer games or use other software that requires a lot of attention. Try searching Google for "Lenovo Thunderbolt Dock 3 flickering", I believe this is a common problem. Because it happens on both my personal and company laptop.
