I installed this portable solar panel to charge my BLUETTI 2000Ah portable power bank. In bright sunlight I can ramp up to 70W for a few seconds and then wait 5-10 seconds for more power to come in. Normally the power varies between 20W and 70W and this is when trying to adjust to get the best sunlight. I've also tried cleaning the plates with isopropyl alcohol to remove dust and grit. In 2 hours I couldn't even charge 1% of my portable bank's capacity. This solar panel just doesn't work.
