Squat strength, softness, great grip, stays in place, doesn't show sweat (I'm a big fan of sweaters) marbled design is very pretty and goes with everything. I knew what to expect when I ordered these as this is my fourth pair and RBX is now my brand of training leggings. I do HIIT, weight training and run 3-5 miles a day. I'm 5ft 5135lbs with athletic butt and hips. I have medium ones and they fit great.
