KitchenAid Milk Frother Mixer

I bought this to replace my IKEA frother. I've been a big fan of latte tea lately, but the frother I had just wasn't up to the task and I knew there had to be something better that didn't cost a fortune. Mood. Of course I now had a foam concentrate and it lasted for years, but the performance was very low - frankly, it was anemic. And the performance was unreliable. Frothing milk can take forever. The wand was bent (despite being handled fairly gently), which also had a negative impact on performance. About a year ago the battery cover started opening during use and eventually just wouldn't stay closed: I had to cover it with some kind of tape. This CafeCasa update was. Wonderful. Wonderful. I will say it again. CAFE CASAPROS This Cafe Casa is foaming up the storm. Engine at maximum 15000 rpm. On the "Low” setting, it's only 13,000. But who parks low? Just crank it up to full power, light up that latte. You will not regret it. My milk froths many times faster than an IKEA frother and gets even more froth in that short time. And this blower has weight. The handle is super strong. Beautiful handle made of real stainless steel (not metal-coated plastic). The handle even has finger grooves to make it easier to hold when your hands are wet or slippery. The frothing tube itself is very strong and unlikely to accidentally bend, and the frother is significantly larger than IKEA's, which explains why it froths so much better and faster. Cafe Casa's frother is also a tank. It weighs 8.6 ounces (245 g) with batteries installed. In fact, this is a prime mover in a steel case. Consider the KitchenAid Milk Frother Blender. Based on the weight, I have to assume the internal mechanics are also metal (rather than plastic, so possibly more durable in that sense than even Kitchen Aid mixers with plastic motor parts. To be honest I didn't open that), so am I'm not sure if it's all metal parts, but I can't explain the weight any other way. metal, it feels like it. It's the kind of device you might see in your grandmother's house: it's not fancy or unfussy, it's simple and elegant and does its job incredibly well and never, ever dies (I'll let you know when that happens, but I expect to survive myself). One thing I want to point out is that the little pad at the base of my wand didn't touch the handle, which looked like a bug when I first saw it. This is intentional to prevent friction between the parts of the wand and the hilt. There are probably some differences between each blower assembly, some may have more play than others, but my play seems normal. At the same time, a nice lady on the phone said that if there was a problem, she would replace it, so top marks for that. said: within five minutes on Saturday) to answer my questions and make sure I'm happy with the product, even if it means replacing it. They encouraged me to call back anytime if there was a problem. Excellent customer service in my opinion. There are minuses, but the pluses are so compelling that I'm not even inclined to give them one star. CONS: Some elements of the assembly seem a bit imprecise. While the battery compartment locking mechanism appears to be very solid, you can see a small gap at the base of the handle where the battery compartment connects to the handle. The break doesn't signal failure, I just feel the need to point it out. The other downside is that the switch is theoretically off/low/high, but "mid-stroke" isn't as noticeable in terms of haptic feedback (which means you don't necessarily "feel" it when you press him). "low") and you may have to go too high and back to low. But I just slide up I don't even know why it should be a low setting. But if for some reason you like to lather on "low", it might annoy you a little. These issues don't affect performance or reliability at all in my opinion, so I'm not giving a rating. Overall I am very happy with my new blower.
