Review on Mr Coffee 2 Quart Iced Maker by John Rivera

Always get the perfect pot for iced tea! We had to use our previous Mr. Coffee Maker which is over 10 years old. This is a new model because it doesn't look or work like our previous model, but it still works the same. I have made several pots of tea and this machine is very easy to use. The tea tastes just like our previous ice tea maker. My family and I love making iced tea and I will be making several different batches at once. One that is a sweetened, unsweetened, and flavored blend. To use this machine, put water in a large pitcher. It has a fill line that tells you how much water to add, then pour that water into the top of the brewer. Once that is done, add ice to the large pitcher up to the ice fill line. At this point you can add sugar or sweetener with ice or add after the tea is brewed. My personal choice is to add it with ice. Then cover the brew lid and add a few tea bags of your choice. I use large tea bags and add about 3-4 pieces. Place the jug in front of the brewer and make sure the hole in the lid faces the machine. Here the water is poured into the pitcher. Turn it on and the brewing process begins. It only takes a few minutes for the iced tea to be ready. When the brewing process is complete, remove the brewing lid and replace with a serving lid. You can throw the tea bags away or put them in a pitcher, which I prefer. When I'm ready to throw out the tea bags, I either put the pot in the fridge or, if I'm making another batch, I pour the tea into another pot. Then start the process again. It's very easy and fast! Having this machine is great if you love making iced tea yourself. I love that I can add regular tea as well as a few different flavors like peach or raspberry and make a deliciously flavored batch of tea. Mister. Coffee is a great brand that I would recommend to anyone trying it for the first time or looking to replace their previous model. Not to mention that the price is very affordable.
