Better than Spanx for my opinion
I bought several of thee to replace the Spanx I had purchased at a major upscale store. These actually work the same and are comfortable to put on, wear, and take off. Unfortunately it is hand wash only with line dry, whereas my former Spanx are machine wash and dry.

- Can be worn discreetly under clothing, making it perfect for everyday wear
Cons
- The undershirt may shift upwards during physical activity, causing discomfort
